We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. We DO NOT offer refunds. You may exchange your item(s) or receive a store credit.
In store purchases: This means you have 10 days from the day you purchase your item in store.
Online purchases for pickup: This means you have 10 days from the day that you are notified your order is ready for pickup. (Not 10 days from the day you pick up. We are not responsible if you wait too long to pick your item(s) up.)
Online purchases that are shipped: This means you have 10 days from the day your item is delivered to your address. The package does not have to arrive to us within the 10 day period, but it must be post marked within the 10 days.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, free of smells, and in the original state that it arrived to you.

You are responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. This means that you can ship the item yourself at whatever it costs through the shipping platform you choose. The second option is for us to email you a prepaid shipping label. You will print the label off and ship your items, and once we receive it we will issue you your store credit minus the cost of the label.
All SALE/CLEARANCE items, accessories, gift items, jewelry, and swimwear are non refundable and non returnable.
Anything that is purchased at a discount of over 20% off is considered a sale item and is not eligible for a return.
Refunds - Returns/Exchanges
We will not issue a refund for returns or exchanges, store credit only. It is not promised that the exchange you're wanting will be in stock. If it is we will get it sent out immediately once the return item arrives. If not, you will be contacted about your store credit.
